Spartech Marine has been a supplier to the marine industry for over 40 years.  A joint partnership between Happel Marine (a teak product and cabinet manufacturer) and the Viplex Corporation (the original inventor of the acrylic rolling companionway door system) has allowed Spartech Marine to bring old world craftsmanship to new world products.

Our patented technology of a rolling companionway door system has brought the ancient sliding and often dragging products to today's standards. Now new and experienced boaters, alike, can enjoy a more comfortable and safer boating experience.

We are located in an air-conditioned 75,000 square foot manufacturing plant allowing large scale production and a stable thermal environment for thermoforming consistency for shower stalls, slider doors, windscreens and a host of other accessories.

State of the art computer hardware and software allows our direct sales engineers to work closely with our dedicated engineering department.  This produces fast and accurate prototypes.

Our CNC machines allow us to produce the product rapidly and accurately.  This provides hassle free installation of the component into the boat.

All of our metal frames our produced at the plant to insure proper fit. Our state of the art powder coating is done in house as well, this insures that color matching will be consistent every time.

We provide a professional and courteous customer service staff, which will assist customers with their products from the time the order is placed until it is delivered.
